The heavy rain at the end of November flooded the seating area around the river in Yarm.

Even the lifebelt is nearly out of its depth.

No way through for the riverside walk

High up on the Town Hall...

However, the Town Hall can't claim to be the biggest building in Yarm High street. The library, with hundreds of stories, is taller.
